Refund policy

Here at BOW AND SPARROW we want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are unhappy please read our refund and returns policy below.

Change of Mind

We have a 14 day return policy for reasons of change of mind, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and the item must be returned within 14 days of being delivered. Please note: there are no change of mind returns for Afterpay purchases.

For change of mind items a store gift card to the value of your order, excluding shipping costs paid, will be issued. Please note for change of mind items, we do not offer free return shipping, you are responsible for any return shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 2 business days and we will replace the item at no extra cost. If the item if required urgently and you do not wish to wait for a replacement, we are more than happy to refund the cost of the item. We cannot, however refund the cost of shipping. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@bowandsparrow.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Circumstances where a Return/Refund will not be granted

  • Any item not in original condition, used, worn, damaged or missing parts, and without packaging.
  • Items not returned within the 14 days of delivery date.
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Makeup
  • Skincare
  • Jewellery
  • Perfumes
  • Sale Items

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be emailed an e-gift card to the value of the goods returned, excluding any shipping paid.
