How long until my order will be dispatched?
Kindly allow 1 - 2 business days for orders to be fulfilled. Orders placed during the weekend, will be dispatched the following 1 - 2 business days.
Will I receive tracking information for my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for you to follow. If you do not receive this email within 2 business days of your order being placed, please let us know by filling out our contact form or using our online chat.
What if I have provided the wrong address?
If so, please contact us asap. Otherwise, please thoroughly check your personal details are correct at checkout.
Do I need to request authority to leave?
All parcels will be left in a safe place if no-one is home. If you wish for the parcel to be taken to the closet post office for collection, please specify in order comments.
I have a discount code that won't apply at checkout. What do I do?
If you have a discount code you would like to use and it won't apply, please check that the code has not expired. If it is valid, please contact us prior to completing your order, and we will be able to assist you.
There is an item I would like to buy, but it is sold out. How do I know when it will be available?
If there is something you have your eye on, you can submit your email to be notified when the item is back in stock. If you would like to know when, just fill out our contact form and we will be more than happy to help you.
If an item is listed as sold out, please note that this means there is more on order. If an item is no longer being stocked, we will remove it from the shop. So rest assured, the sold out items will return.
